The Nanomaterials Simulation Laboratory aims to design and predict the properties of functional nanomaterials and create a unique understanding of physicochemical processes at the nanoscale by using state-of-the-art first-principle computational chemistry methods and mathematical modeling based on the continuum approach. This in silico understanding can accelerate experimental research and development of nanotechnology applications in the energy and environmental fields.
