According to the academic calendar determined by our University Senate each academic year, students whose maximum period of study (7 years) expires at the end of the Fall Semester may benefit from the supplementary examination offered in the Spring Semester of the same academic year, provided that there is no supplementary examination in the Fall Semester.

Students whose maximum study period expires at the end of the Fall Semester of the relevant academic year cannot register for courses in the Spring Semester of the same academic year and are not required to pay tuition fees.

Students who have completed their maximum study period in the Spring Semester of the academic year must apply in writing to the Head of Department in which they are registered APPENDIX-1 in order to benefit from the supplementary examination, according to the application deadline specified in the academic calendar. Otherwise, they will lose all their rights before or after the supplementary examination.
